are quoted in accord with client queries. The buyer may
be sure about the parts to orderer. Buyer's dubs or questions
may be submit with further details and cleared before
orderer. Error(s), omission(s) or any divergence(s) about
parts is a buyer responsability. |

| 2-PRICES: |
| Availability
and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices are quoted in US-Dollars and shippments are FOB
our wharehouse in Brazil. Prices are not included any
taxes, fees, duties, tariffs, or charger that shall be
added. |

| 3-PACKAGE:

| Only
for oversize parts, such as body-parts(doors, body-panels,
floor-pans, fenders, etc), engines, etc. may be add packing
chargers. |

| 4-WARRANTY: |
| All
products are shipped at buyer's risk. All electrical parts
are non-returnable or refundable. Is not cover labor,
misuse, faulty instalation, inability to use or install.
Each manufacturer may suply different timeframes for their
products. |

| 5-CLAIMS:
|
| All
merchandise is checked and tested to be in perfect condition
when leaves our shipping departament. If a parts is lost(box
broken open) or damage via transit, must be immediately
notify the carrier. All merchandise is shipped and insured
for full value. |

| 6-RETURN: |
| Any
return must be authorized by RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)
prior to shipping. No returns, of any type, will be accept
without a RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
All items must be in original condition with all packaging
materials, manuals or any inserts, registration and warranty
cards(not filled out) and all accessories provided, and
in original shipping boxes, and in resaleable conditions.
Buyer must be e-mail tracking numbers for every package
shipped. May be insured the merchandise in return in the
amount of it's value. Shipping charges are not refundable. |

| 7-CREDIT
CARDS |
| Cannot
ship to an address other than the billing address on the
credit-card, unless it is a shipping address supplied
to the credit-card company. |
